It's not the exact pattern I used, but they should be pretty much the same (the book I used didn't really have a set template either, so I had to draw my own)

Wonderful pattern! I was trying to find a good doll pattern to use (since I'm terrible at making my own), and this one looks really good!

I recommend buttersuede. It's soft, easy to sew, won't tatter, and is relatively cheap 8D
They only come in a few colors, though :'c

I just drew out the pattern myself, since the book only showed a tiny picture of the pieces already cut out.
It was a chinese craft book. I think the link to it was on my doll pic...
